Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Azure Engineer to join our Cloud Support team. The candidate will provide operational support to our Azure environment, focusing on IaaS based application hosting, infrastructure reliability, PaaS database management, incident resolution, and cost optimization.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of hands-on experience supporting or engineering Microsoft Azure environments.
- Strong practical experience with Azure IaaS (VMs (Virtual Machine), networking, storage) and PaaS databases (Azure SQL Database / Managed Instance — performance tuning, HA/DR, scaling).
- Demonstrated success in cloud cost optimization — experience using Azure Cost Management tools, identifying savings, and implementing Reserved Instances / Savings Plans.
