Job Description
The Indemnity Department of Affinitaire and Specialized Markets is seeking an Indemnity Accounts Clerk specializing in Property Damage. This position is available as soon as possible. The role involves record-keeping, claim processing, and client communication.
Requirements
- Record and declare claims to the relevant insurer and confirm coverage to clients;
- Collect necessary documents for claim processing;
- Enter information into the internal computer system;
- Inform the client and the account manager of ongoing actions;
- Ensure daily telephone and written communication with clients and insurers related to claims under their responsibility;
- Ensure the processing of claims files in an optimal timeframe and with fair compensation.
