Client Advocate

The Client Advocate (Large and Complex Segment) role is a senior client-facing role responsible for directly supporting the Construction Commercial Property and Casualty insurance client relationship management efforts.

Requirements

• Prepare and lead internal strategy meetings
• Collaborate with Producers or Senior Client Advocates
• Ensure timely completion of updated exposures and coverage information
• Provide guidance to the Client Manager and Line of Business (LOB) brokers
• Manage and oversee the timely and accurate completion of endorsement and audit requests
• Provide oversight, guidance, and/or conduct contract reviews
• Maintain and develop strong business relationships with Senior Client Advocates, Producers, and Senior Underwriting contacts
