Administrative and Accounting Manager – Insurance role involves working with teams to monitor financial flows, ensuring written and telephone relations with clients, generating premium payments, and managing overdue premiums. The role also involves managing the client or product portfolio inventory and ensuring general services with teams.
Requirements
- Ensure written and telephone relations with clients and companies on all accounting points related to the contract
- Participate in the creation of financial flows and providing the necessary data
- Generate premium payments and send funds
- Manage overdue premiums, non-allocated (identification and allocation) and follow-up on unpaid and arrears
- Manage the client or product portfolio inventory that you are responsible for
- Manage various controls related to our regulatory obligations (compliance controls KYC, complaint...)
- Ensure general services with teams
