Job Description
As a Health Analytics Associate Director, you will support employer clients’ benefit programs by developing and delivering integrated health analytics projects. This includes leading measurement strategy workshops and developing customized dashboards.
Requirements
- Analyzing, visualizing, and delivering analytics leveraging health care, benefits, and HR data to WTW’s clients
- Strong project management background
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables with little oversight
- Ability to partner within WTW’s Financial, Actuarial, and Analytics (FAA) function
- Experience with data warehouse vendors and evaluation
- Ability to communicate analytics concepts and measure strategy to clients
