Job Description
As a Lead Health and Benefits Associate, you will contribute to complex projects involving health and benefit programs, lead project management, interface with vendors and clients, and grow your business acumen and skills.
Requirements
- Materially contribute to core health and benefits projects
- Partner with Consultants
- Perform financial analyses
- Conduct benchmarking studies
- Analyze and compare vendor products
- Design, distribute and evaluate responses to surveys and RFPs
