Job Description
This Healthcare Financial/Actuarial Senior Associate role involves contributing to the Financial Actuarial & Analytics (FAA) Community of Expertise. The position focuses on designing, financing, and measuring employer health and benefit programs, interacting with vendors and clients, preparing and communicating analyses, and leading financial project work with client teams. This role offers opportunities to develop expertise in financial modeling and client deliverables.
Requirements
- Provide clear guidance and direction in multiple client teams.
- Develop working proficiency in core financial, actuarial, and analytics theories.
- Support accurate claim reporting and financial modeling.
- Assist with financial modeling and budget projections.
