Job Description
Manage Tier 2 Collections Analysts, support Tier 1 Analysts, and collaborate with global teams to develop processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Manage Tier 2 Collections Analysts and support Tier 1 Collections Analysts
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the Collections process
- Oversee collections processing activities
- Build and manage a high performing Collections team
- Foster a "client service" culture and instil a work ethic
- Measure the performance and operational processes against goals
- Identify collections process improvement opportunities and best practices
