Job Description
Join us as a Pensions Team Leader within our Outsourcing line of business who would be based in our Redhill Office working hybrid.
Requirements
- Manage client work in line with contractual service level agreements
- Allocate and monitor work throughout the day
- Act as a point of escalation for complex work, complaints, and colleague concerns
- Coach, mentor and drive colleague recruitment, training and development
- Manage competency across the team
- Conduct interviews for new and existing colleagues
- Effectively communicate at an individual and team level
- Encourage effective team working
- Apply working knowledge of pension legislation and regulations
- Lead on complex project work within operational client meetings
- Drive best practice and continuous improvements
- Find, mitigate and/or escalate risks, implementing appropriate controls where required
- Ensure team adherence to WTW policies and procedures
