Job Description
Reporting into both the Legal function, this role will assist both the functions in the day-to-day activities, including but not limited to providing advice, oversight, and data protection risk management to WTW businesses and functional groups, to ensure appropriate protection of personal information.
Requirements
- Provide general support to the Privacy Legal function
- Perform specific research, or create content (e.g., slides, charts, summaries, etc.) in relation to a particular topic, subject matter, or issue
- Undertake first level contractual review on privacy clauses/ DPAs, etc.
- Support privacy projects including gap analysis, implementations, and other activities in support of implementation projects globally
- Assist with horizon scanning, identifying, and analyzing new and updated global privacy laws and regulations
- Participate and attend regular meetings as may be arranged from time to time
- Other assignments as determined by Privacy Counsels and Privacy Legal Team across geography
