Senior Associate - Health and Benefits

As a Health and Benefits Senior Associate, you will contribute to the management of projects, engage with clients, and make recommendations on plan design and management for health and benefits programs. You will also have opportunities to grow into a senior relationship management and/or leadership role.

Requirements

• Lead role in the design and management of group medical, dental, wellbeing, life, disability and absence management benefits
• Project management, including monitoring progress and serving as day-to-day contact for clients
• Proactive advising of clients and provision of superior client service
• Contribution to benefit plan analysis, design, cost savings and funding strategies
• Engagement of specialist resources and subject matter experts
• Support of new business generation and participation in prospecting opportunities
• Relationship building and collaboration with internal teams
