Job Description
As a Health and Benefits Lead Associate, you will contribute to complex projects involving health and benefit programs, serve as project manager, and interface with vendors and clients.
Requirements
- Partner with client service team leader to deliver superior project management
- Provide superior client service and respond to service issues and questions
- Prepare and facilitate client meetings
- Contribute to benefit plan analysis, design, cost savings, and funding strategies
- Engage subject matter experts to address client needs
- Conduct review of client deliverables
- Conduct benchmarking studies and research
- Build relationships internally and collaborate on cross-functional teams
- Review work and contribute to the development of junior staff
