Senior Consultant- Health and Benefits

As a Senior Consultant, you will contribute to the management of projects and engage directly with clients to establish relationships and provide superior client service. You will have the opportunity to grow into a senior relationship management and/or leadership role by serving as a pivotal point of contact on projects.

Requirements

• Materially contribute to and/or lead project management
• Monitor progress against established objectives, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
• Proactively advise clients and provide superior client service
• Create benefit plan analysis, design, cost savings, and funding strategies
• Engage specialist resources and subject matter experts in health management, absence, and disability management, pharmacy, data analytics, and compliance
• Support the generation of new business by participating in prospecting opportunities as part of a broader team
• Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
• Mentor junior colleagues
