Senior Sales / Business Development (m/w) – Health & Benefits Schweiz

We are looking for a motivated person to join our team as Senior Sales / Business Development in the Health & Benefits area in Switzerland. The successful candidate will be responsible for active market research, lead generation, building and maintaining a strong network in the HR sector, and identifying and developing concrete sales opportunities.

Requirements

• Active market research and lead generation for the Health & Benefits area in Switzerland
• Building and maintaining a strong network in the HR sector (Comp&Ben, Total Rewards, Payroll, HR Leadership Level)
• Participation in HR events, round tables, and industry networks to position WTW
• Active identification, qualification, and development of concrete sales opportunities along our Value Proposition
• Co-design and accompaniment of the early sales phase (first conversations, need clarification, opportunity shaping) in close collaboration with the Growth Team
• Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships with a focus on decision-makers
• Providing feedback on market needs, trends, and pain points for the further development of our Value Proposition
