Job Description
Wunderkind is seeking a Senior Manager of Accounting to own complex accounting areas and partner across Finance, Legal, and the business. This role requires strong technical depth, a builder’s mindset, and genuine curiosity about emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 4+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting (Big 4 preferred) or a mix of public and industry experience
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, including revenue recognition (ASC 606), IUS (ASC 350-40), and leases (ASC 842)
- Experience preparing reconciliations, rollforwards, and financial analyses
- Experience supporting process improvements or automation initiatives
- Understanding of internal controls and audit processes
- Collaborate effectively with accounting team members with varying skill levels
- Advanced Excel skills
