Controls Engineer

Wunderlich-Malec Engineering is seeking a Controls Engineer for a full-time position in Cedar Rapids, IA. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in control systems, components, logic programming, instrumentation, and PLC systems, as well as strong interpersonal skills and ability to travel up to 50%.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in control systems, components, logic programming, instrumentation, and PLC systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with team members, subcontractors, and clients
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Physical demands: seeing, color perception, hearing, clear speech, dexterity in hands, driving, lifting, climbing, and ability to mount and dismount equipment, pushing, and pulling
