The Regulatory Compliance Officer – Export Compliance is responsible for ensuring full adherence to U.S. and international export regulations, directing the company's Export Compliance Program, and managing regulatory risk.
Requirements
- Own and continuously improve the company's Export Compliance Program, including policies, procedures, internal controls, and training frameworks.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert on U.S. export control regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), ITAR/USML, OFAC sanctions programs, and other applicable federal controls.
- Proactively monitor regulatory changes and assess business impact; communicate updates to leadership and relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
