Job Description
As a Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader, you are responsible for the reliable organization, implementation, and optimization of all mechanical maintenance processes at WüSTHOF. You will ensure the availability of facilities, complex repairs, and supplier management, and act as a deputy for the Head of Maintenance.
Requirements
- Technical responsibility and coordination of all mechanical maintenance processes
- Ensuring operational readiness of central production facilities
- Independent implementation of complex repairs and methodical fault diagnosis
- Supervising external service providers and managing spare parts and procurement management
- Evaluating offers and participating in the use of maintenance software (e.g. TOM)
- Implementation of quality standards, optimization of mechanical processes, and support in team leadership and training
