Certified Surg Tech-First Assist -- FT

The Certified Surg Tech-First Assist position is a full-time role at Princeton Community Hospital. The successful candidate will assist surgeons during surgical procedures, provide direct patient care, and work in a team environment. The position requires a minimum of two years of progressive clinical scrub experience, a graduate of a surgical technology accredited surgical assisting program, and current certifications as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) and Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA).

Requirements

• Graduate of a surgical technology accredited surgical assisting program
• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
• Current Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification within 30 days of hire
• Two (2) years of progressive clinical scrub experience in a CST role
