Job Description
The Chaplain Resident position is a full-time, temporary work-study program lasting one year and consisting of three units of Clinical Pastoral Education. The Chaplain Resident provides spiritual, religious, and emotional care for patients and their families during hospitalization, as well as spiritual and emotional support for hospital staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Graduate level theological degree from an accredited school OR equivalent graduate-level degree
- One unit of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE)
- Ordained or commissioned for ministry, or in the process of ordination/commissioning, with a recognized faith group
