Job Description
Performs diagnostic CT procedures, rotates through diagnostic radiology, and practices radiation and general safety. Prepares rooms, equipment, and materials for patient exams, cleans and disinfects rooms and equipment, and documents patient information. Assists patients and transports them as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Medical Imaging Program
- Radiography certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Nuclear Medicine Technologist the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) within 6 months of hire
- Current or temporary Radiography license as required by state board where services will be provided
- Certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire
