Job Description
The Vice President is responsible for the efficient operations of ambulatory services, including business development, clinical integration, and oversight of financial and operational functions. Develops and expands ambulatory services and initiatives to enhance the organization's market position.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 7-10 years' related experience with a minimum of four years of executive or leadership experience in a healthcare setting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
- Experience in a multi-specialty group practice plan
- Experience in physicians contracting, negotiations, and compensation metrics
