Requirements
- Master of Science degree (MSc) in a relevant discipline
- At least 10 years' working experience in wildlife/nature conservation and socio-economic development in Africa
- Proven track record in the design and implementation of large-scale programmes, preferably transboundary and within the Southern Africa region
- At least 5 years' experience of working on complex programmes with multiple and diverse implementation partners and stakeholders
- At least 5 years' experience in programme development and management
- At least 5 years' experience in effectively managing staff and ensuring high levels of performance are achieved
- At least 5 years' experience in developing and securing funding at scale
