Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience managing multiple commercial construction projects
• Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) from an accredited four-year College or University
• Advanced knowledge of the roofing industry and construction operations principles
• Demonstrated history of successful teambuilding
• Strong leadership, management, computer skills, ability to work with confidential information, and attention to detail
• Thorough understanding of cost codes, budgets, and scheduling logic
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Drivers License
