Job Description
Provide and coordinate behavioral health care management for patients receiving HIV prevention and care services in an outpatient clinical site. Demonstrate effective communication skills and utilize evidence-based interventions to implement client-centered counseling and education.
Requirements
- Master's degree
- 5+ years of job-related experience
- NYS-approved mental health license (LMSW or LMHC)
- Intermediate computer experience
- Fluency in Spanish highly preferred
