Job Description
Westminster is a premier retirement community seeking a candidate to work as a FOH Restaurant Floor Supervisor, overseeing waitstaff and ensuring excellent hospitality to residents and their guests. The ideal candidate has experience supervising in a Food & Beverage environment and is customer service oriented.
Requirements
- Previous FOH/Restaurant Supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience supervising in a Food & Beverage environment
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to ensure wait staff are completing daily side work and closing duties
- Ability to supervise the physical appearance, comfort and cleanliness of the dining rooms
