Groundskeeper, Part-Time

We are seeking a Part-Time Groundskeeper to maintain the outdoor spaces, equipment, and seasonal landscapes of our senior living community. The successful candidate will work closely with our Full-Time Groundskeeper to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for residents, visitors, and team members.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• One year of plant, grounds, or residential maintenance experience preferred
• Background in gardening, landscaping, or nursery work is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively in English, and perform basic math
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
