Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), provide nursing care according to physician's orders, and ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents.

Requirements

• Current nursing license valid in state worked
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
• At least one (1) year experience in skilled facility preferred
