Job Description
Create engaging experiences for older adults in Assisted Living community, fostering physical wellness, mental stimulation, and social connection. Connect personally with residents, addressing their social and emotional needs.
Requirements
- Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in activity coordination or senior engagement programs
- Experience working with seniors in assisted living or long-term care settings
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects professionally
