Northpointe Woods is recruiting for a Quality of Life Specialist to perform resident care activities and related nonprofessional services. The role focuses on enhancing residents’ quality of life in memory care, promoting a calm atmosphere, and ensuring their comfort. They are an investor in the future of senior living with the goal of providing high-quality care.
Requirements
- Utilize Heartfelt Connections Memory Care Program components
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, foot care, etc.
- Assist residents with medication administration
- Complete personal laundry
- Document resident status
