Job Description
The Avalon is seeking passionate and customer-focused Resident Care Associates. They are focused on providing high-quality personal care and comfort to residents, with a strong emphasis on hospitality and engagement. Training is provided for those with limited experience.
Requirements
- Assist residents with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.).
- Assist residents with meal preparation and observation.
- Report changes in resident status.
