Accounting Clerk

The accounting clerk is responsible for various accounting tasks, including accounts payable, timekeeping and payroll, and general cashier duties. Daily tasks include issuing and tracking purchase orders, inputting invoice data, and maintaining files for invoices paid and in process. Timekeeping and payroll tasks include data entry, verification of rates and deductions, and retrieval and recording of daily deposits.

Requirements

• Proficient to expert knowledge of MS office suite
• HS diploma or higher
• Some accounting knowledge preferred but we will train the right candidate
• Must be organized, efficient, flexible and personable
