Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Risk & Compliance Lead to join our fintech business in Malta. The successful candidate will lead and embed the company’s risk management and compliance framework in line with MFSA regulatory requirements and broader EU regulatory expectations.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in risk and/or compliance within financial services or fintech
- Demonstrable experience working within or alongside MFSA regulatory frameworks
- Prior experience in a standalone or senior manager-level risk/compliance role
- Professional certifications (e.g., ICA, ACAMS, Risk/Compliance diplomas) advantageous
