Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Management, or a relevant technical/vocational field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in academic coordination or training program management
- Familiarity with vocational education systems and competency-based training models
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and academic management tools
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
