Requirements

• Masters degree or higher in Education, Human Resource Development, Curriculum Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in training and development within vocational or academic institutions.
• Deep understanding of competency-based education, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing educational programs and teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of accreditation bodies and processes is highly desirable.
