Civil Supervisor - Cornwall

We are looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to support our Fixed Network project teams with strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Requirements

• Supervise on-site civil works including site setup, duct laying, reinstatement and compliance with NRSWA regulations.
• Conduct daily site audits and ensure work is completed to required specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage subcontractors and field teams, ensuring safety and quality across all activities.
• Handle permits and notices, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and pre-site surveys, identifying and resolving potential issues early.
