Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles, techniques, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
