Implementation Manager Fixed Network (Integration)

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead and manage fixed network rollout and integration projects for our UK-based telecom client.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Fixed Network project implementation and system integration.
• Strong knowledge of UK fixed network infrastructure and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in GPON, FTTH, DSLAM, MSAN, Metro Ethernet, and IP/MPLS-based networks.
• Experience in integrating OLTs, ONTs, and OSS/BSS platforms.
• Solid understanding of provisioning systems and network testing tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with UK H&S regulations and CDM guidelines.
