Manager Finance - UAE based

Seeking an experienced Manager Finance to lead financial operations of telecom subcontracting business, with a strong background in financial management, project accounting, and compliance.

Requirements

• Oversee and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage project-based costing and financial control across telecom subcontracting projects.
• Monitor cash flow, fund management, and working capital requirements.
• Ensure tax compliance and handle audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Develop and implement internal financial controls and policies.
• Prepare management reports, financial dashboards, and KPIs for strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with procurement, operations, and project teams for financial governance on subcontractor payments and client billing.
• Support strategic planning and investment analysis, including feasibility and ROI studies.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.
