The Project Administrator provides administrative support to the Management and the Project Core Team, including producing a project governance matrix, organizing meetings, maintaining databases, and preparing regular reports on expenses and office budgets.

- Keeping Leave records properly filing, scanning, and circulation
- Making timesheets and checking daily attendance register
- Managing submission of DNs to PR
- Collecting letters from PR and circulating them
- Purchasing material and grocery items
- Scanning documents and expenses
- Circulating approved cash advance requests and expenses
