The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in global recruitment, particularly within the regions of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and the United Kingdom (UK).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on telecommunications or technical roles.
- Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment processes on a global scale, particularly in UAE, KSA, and UK.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify improvements.
