Project Manager (Power Generation)

As a Project Manager for Power Generation at xAI, you will own the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale power generation projects that support xAI’s rapidly expanding AI infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in power generation, energy infrastructure, or large industrial projects
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-million dollar energy projects on schedule and within budget
• Strong working knowledge of power generation technologies (gas, diesel, renewables) and electrical infrastructure
• Experience with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent)
• Ability to work onsite in Memphis, TN / Southaven, MS area
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence across teams
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, rapidly scaling organization with aggressive timelines
