Facilities Coordinator (Contractor)

We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to support shipping and receiving, facilities operations, and lab infrastructure in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly observant, and comfortable working across facilities, lab operations, and vendor coordination.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in facilities coordination, lab operations, or a related role
• Prior experience in a lab-based environment is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes, including international logistics
• Working knowledge of lab infrastructure (e.g., gases, vacuum, cold storage) preferred
• Experience with EH&S practices and basic operational systems/tools is a plus
