Job Description
Xapo Bank seeks a Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting integrity, lead accounting operations, and drive regulatory compliance in a 100% remote position. The ideal candidate has experience in banking, crypto accounting, and financial regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Fully qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven working experience as a Controller with a minimum of 5 years of leading an accounting function
- Proficiency in NetSuite is essential
- Advanced Excel skills
