Job Description
XBOW is hiring a Regional Marketing Lead, DACH (EMEA) to own pipeline generation for the DACH region. The role involves designing and executing regional marketing programs that drive demand, engage target accounts, and support revenue growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on field, regional, or demand generation marketing
- Proven experience building and influencing pipeline in the DACH market
- Hands-on experience with events, ABM, and channel/partner marketing
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Strong technical aptitude to represent XBOW and describe its products and services
- Strong execution skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
