As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for processing payroll requests, preparing monthly payroll for approval, and creating reports for stakeholders. You will also be the first point of contact for HR/payroll queries across Europe and ensure timely payroll processing.
Requirements
- Fluent English (C1 level); additional language (French or German) is a plus
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar position within the Payroll area, preferably End-to-End
- Knowledge of payroll regulations
- Strong analytical skills, good work organization skills, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of process-specific systems/tools (ADP, TMF) is an asset
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
- Proven analytical and organizational skills
- Demonstrated learning agility and openness to adopting emerging AI technologies, with a strong willingness to continuously develop foundational AI and digital competencies
