Manager, Supply Chain Strategic Governance

Xcel Energy seeks a Manager, Supply Chain Strategic Governance to own the Supply Chain governance operating model, design and evolve the Governance Framework, and lead strategic communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 8–10+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, operating model design, governance, transformation, or cross functional program leadership
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across the business
• Experience working with cross functional initiatives involving technology, data, process design, or large scale operations
