Operations Instructor - Nuclear

The Operations Instructor is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating operator training at Xcel Energy.

Requirements

• Expertise or familiarity with power plant operations
• Technical expertise in electrical and mechanical maintenance, health physics, or chemistry
• Ability to interface well with people, communicate effectively, and express ideas clearly, concisely, and accurately
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• RO or SRO license or SRO Certification (preferred)
