i2i Traineeship Program - Low Code

Join our SparX Traineeship Program to upskill and reskill talents into proficient low code developers through close collaboration with our clients' development teams. This program includes intensive training, hands-on experience, and the potential for full-time direct employment with our clients.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in web technologies such as ASP.NET, C#, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with relational databases like SQL/Oracle
• Ability to convert business requirements into scalable and efficient applications.
• Knowledge of data modeling, including referential integrity and indexing.
• Understanding of basic algorithmic and logical reasoning is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills using relevant technologies.
• Ability to work independently, proactively communicate status and risks, and manage tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with low-code development tools such as Power Apps, Pega, Mendix, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or a related field is an advantage.
