Requirements

• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks
• Experience with various operating systems
• Familiarity with databases
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills
• Proficiency in software engineering tools
• Ability to document requirements and specifications
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and debugging a large codebase
• Outstanding all-round communication skills
• Demonstrated customer service experience or prior technical support experience
• Ability to manage and grow existing customer relationships
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures
